François Resch is Professor Emeritus of the University of Toulon, France. He received his PhD and Doctor-Engineer diploma from the University of Marseille. He is Engineer from the Marseille Engineering School (Ecole Centrale de Marseille). He was post-doctoral fellow at the University of Toronto - Canada. After eight years as Associate Researcher at the National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS) he was appointed full Professor at the University of Toulon.
He was successively Vice-President (five years) and President (five years) of the University of Toulon. He was Director (10 years) of the Toulon Engineering School SEATECH. He was a Bologna Expert in France for five years (2009-2013). He is now CDEFI Adviser (CDEFI: Conference of the Engineering School Directors) and Expert with the French Engineering Accreditation Agency (CTI).
