  • Since 2006 working as a member of various international working groups on Modernisation of HE; member of the ECTS User’s Guide 2015 ad hoc revision group(European Commission)
  • Bologna expert till 2013 in Latvia and currently continuing as international expert  on HE for the Ministry of Education and Science, Latvia; senior expert at the Ministry of Education and Science for RPL, Latvia
  • Currently international expert  in EU support to HE in ASEAN region, coordinated by Campus France, DAAD, British Council and other partners
  • Member of international HE reform expert group, project Steering I and currently a member of Steering II, the  project by Federal Ministry of Education and Research and DAAD, Germany
  • Accreditation expert of study directions in Latvia, member of support project to EQAR agency
